Chris began his career in the
audio/video industry building and installing sound systems in
large theaters, arenas and concert halls. After graduating from
Georgia Tech with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering,
he began working as an engineer for Bellsouth Mobility, now Cingular
Wireless. He went on to co-found a company specializing in designing
and repairing speakers and sales and service of home theaters.
In 1997, Chris founded Soundworks, a Home Theater installation
and sales company, working initially as a sub-contractor and
consultant to custom home theater operations lacking technical
expertise, then designing and implementing systems all across
the metro Atlanta area. Chris was one of the founding members
of Synergy Multimedia in 2001. Chris is currently a member of
the Contract Project Management team for the Woodruff Arts Center
and is spearheading the AV systems integration for the Woodruff
Arts center's $250M expansion project.
